With our annual sale last week, I know I’ve been hitting you pretty hard with ‘stuff to buy’.

Don’t worry, this isn’t going to become a pattern.

It’s just that I would be remiss if I did not let you know about a couple of my favorite programs that I know are on sale this week.

Actually, they’re on sale until the end of the day today, Friday October 1.

The first is Mike Boyle’s Functional Strength CoachVolume 3.

This is a great resource for strength and conditioning coaches, people who want to specifically upgrade their strength training knowledge and, of course, information junkies.

If you’re a sprints coach and you’re anything like me, strength training is a relative weakness. But it’s too important to ignore.

This is the program that ‘convinced’ me I was on the right track focusing on single leg movements in the weightroom, as well as improved my knowledge of hip/ankle mobility, warm up routines, etc.

It’s good stuff if you’re in the market for new information in these areas and you can save $50 on Functional Strength Coach 3.0 for the rest of the day today.

The second program I’m recommending is Jeff Cavaliere’s Teen Sports Nutrition Blueprint.

This is the only resource I use in terms of talking about and addressing nutrition with my athletes.

And, quite frankly, I use a lot of the concepts, recipes, etc., for myself.

It’s so simple and straight forward even lazy HS kids can follow it easily.
