The training and conditioning you put your athletes through must prepare them to handle over and beyond the demands of the sport to be successful.

These techniques must prepare your athletes to deliver strikes with bone-crushing force, equip them with the speed and agility to react to and defend the on-coming assaults, and have the stamina to maintain this grueling pace for the full three or five rounds.
And simply put, running slow miles just won’t cut it.
I know you have seen what happens to a fighter that is slow at reacting, blocking, or throwing a strike, no matter how technically sound it is.
