About Sue Falsone
Sue Falsone is the owner of Structure & Function – an education and consulting company dedicated to improving the skills of healthcare clinicians. She is also the Head Athletic Trainer and Head of Sport Performance with the US Soccer Men’s National Team. Sue Falsone, was in six season with the Dodgers, her second as the head athletic trainer. She holds the distinction of being the first female head athletic trainer in Major League Baseball history. Falsone remains a Vice President at Athletes’ Performance (AP) and has spent the previous eleven years with the company, based in Tempe, AZ. A native of Buffalo, New York, Falsone earned her degree in physical therapy at Daemen College (1996) and her Master’s degree in Human Movement Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (2000). She is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), a Board certified Sports Physical Therapist (SCS) a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy of the Spine (COMT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
