1 ) I don’t have a credit card, how can I place my order?

) I don’t live in the US. Will the DVDs play in my country?


Athletes’ Acceleration, Inc. programs do not use regional coding. Therefore, the DVDs will play anywhere in the world with no issues.

) How long does it take for me to get my program(s)?

Orders routinely process and leave our warehouse within 48 hours.

Domestic (USA) orders usually arrive in approximately 4-6 business days.

International (non-USA) orders usually arrive in 9 – 14 business days.

4 ) How do you ship my order?

We normally ship UPSP (United States Postal Service).

Domestic (USA) shipments go Priority Mail.
International (non-USA) shipments go Airmail Post.

5 ) Do you provide tracking information?

We provide all our customers email notification of shipment.

United States customers also receive tracking information.

6 ) Do you ship to (name of your country)?

We can ship to just about anywhere!

7 ) Can I have it shipped next day or second day air?


However, every effort has been made to process and ship your order in the shortest amount of time – and at the minimum cost possible to you – as a matter of routine.

8 ) My son/daughter lives in another state/country, can I have it shipped to them?


When you place your order, simply enter the name and ship-to address where you want your order to be sent.

Remember also to check the appropriate “domestic” (USA) or “international” Shipping Method – based on the destination location – when you place your order.

9 ) I am a coach and want my school to pay for it. Can I use a school purchase order?


We do accept your completed, signed purchase order on school letterhead.

Our terms are NET-30.

Most school purchase orders are already “fill-in-the-blank” type forms, however be sure to include your Bill-to address, Ship-to address and Coach’s Name, a contact phone number and email address.
