Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Professional of the Year
Coach Dos is also a Nike Elite Performance Coach and Consultant and currently consults with gyms and college and professional teams all across the country.
Coach Robert dos Remedios has been involved in strength and conditioning for over 30 years. After completing his competitive football career at the University of California, Berkeley in 1988, he began training athletes on a full-time basis.
“Coach Dos” has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge, has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA since 1990, and is one of only 100 “Master Strength & Conditioning Coaches” (MSCC) in the world as recognized by CSCCa.
Coach Dos is a sought after international speaker on a variety of conditioning topics such as Program Design, Cardio-Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting applications, Sport-speed development, Explosive training, and CHAOS™ Speed Training.
Coach Dos served as Director of Speed, Strength & Conditioning at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, CA, a position he had held from 1998-2015 where he created a program that is emulated all over the world.
Coach Dos is also the 2006 recipient of the National Strength and Conditioning Association‘s prestigious Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Professional of the year for 2006. This award is given to the top collegiate strength coach in the country (as voted on by his peers).
In addition to contributing to Men’s Health and Women’s Health magazine on a regular basis, Coach Dos’ first book Men’s Health Power Training (Rodale Books) was released in July 2007 and become a world-wide best seller. His second book, Cardio Strength Training (Rodale Books) is also a best-seller. He is also the creator of the National Sports Performance Association's Certified Program Design Specialist (CPDS) Certification course and Complete Program Design for Athletes Acceleration.
WIL FLEMING
Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach and the Expert on Olympic Lifting and Power Development
Wil Fleming is a sports performance coach and weightlifting coach in Bloomington, IN. His expertise comes from years of training and coaching athletes in multiple sports. His athletes are routinely the most explosive, fastest, and strongest on the field.
Wil founded and owned Force Fitness and Performance in Bloomington, IN from 2008-2018. Force boasts an impressive track record of success with 100 + athletes earning Division I scholarships and nearly 225 athletes moving on to compete at the NCAA level in Division I, II, III. Athletes from professional football, basketball, baseball, soccer and track and field trained with Wil and his team of coaches at Force Fitness.
In 2018 Wil sold Force Fitness and Performance and founded 1Kilo. 1Kilo specializes in Olympic Weightlifting coaching for athletes in person and online.
In addition to being a business owner, Wil has been an author of numerous books and training products for athletes and weightlifters. Wil is the creator of the Certified Weightlifting Performance Coach Course, with certified coaches around the world, using his teaching progressions.
Wil is a sought after speaker on the topics of power development, speed, and strength training for athletes. He has spoken at the Complete Speed and Power Summit (2016, 2017), NSCA National Coaches Conference (2017) IYCA International Summit (2010-15), National High School Coaches Association National Conference (2015) the Midwest Performance Enhancement Seminar (2011,2014), Building Better Athletes Seminar (2012), the College of the Canyons Strength and Conditioning Clinic (2012), and in Europe and Latin America (2013, 2015)
Prior to being a business owner, he was an Olympic Trials participant, an all-American athlete, and the school record holder at Indiana University as a hammer thrower. Wil was a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for Olympic weightlifting after winning a Jr. National Championship in the same sport. He currently competes in weightlifting competitions periodically. He is the 2017 Masters (35-39) 85kg National Champion and 35-39 Best lifter, 2018 world silver medalist and holds the national record in snatch, clean and jerk, and total in the 35-39 85kg class.

Power Evolution 2.0 is an updated version of a project Wil and Dos put together over 10 years ago. Coaches Robert Dos Remedios and Wil Fleming show you how to develop more powerful, explosive athletes.
This Master Class will cover all things POWER. Nothing will be left unaddressed – from the Importance of Power training in performance, injury prevention, aging, and fitness to the Use of Velocity Based Training (VBT) and a host of tools and training guidelines to help reach all of your and your client’s goals.
Power training is more than just programming in some plyos or Olympic lifts. There is a science behind what you program and why you program for it.
